Mixtrum AB in Älvdalen is a high-technological engineering company.
We are subcontractors to industries in Sweden and the rest of Europe. We have customers within branches like vehicle, telecommunication, electronics, aviation, defence, instrument - and medicine technique together with traditional industry.
Mixtrum works with computer-assisted manufacturing and assemblage of fine mechanical products. We can manufacture everything from prototype to series, with among other things basic drawing data, adaption of production and assembling.
In our manufacturing process we use for example HSM-machines (High Speed Machining), CNC-controlled milling machines, and lathes. We work with a modern MPS-system to reach the quality control requirements, from first contact to delivery. For quality control we use CNC-controlled measuring machines.
Mixtrum machines most materials, like aluminium, steel, stainless, plastic and brass.
Through our well developed co-operation with external suppliers we can take care of all forms of after-treatment, for example varnishing, surface finish and hardening.
Our aim is to always lie in the technological front edge. We have, and shall through constant development of our machine equipment also in the future have, a stable, modern, high-quality together with environment - and security adapted plant.
Our goal is to the entire time meet our customers need of high-technological components and assembling. Mixtrum stands for high quality, reliability of supply and cost efficiency. To be able to manage our undertakings we continuously make an effort for a professional ability with both width and deep, which we combine with a large personal engagement. Through continuous training analysis and training, Mixtrums personnel is always ajour with the latest technology, and how it is best used for our customers benefit.
Mixtrum AB was found 2003 by Leif Boberg and Poa Åslund.
Autumn 2004 Mixtrum had twelve employees.
The word ”mixtrum” comes from the älvdals dialect and means approximately ”to find clever
